AEM's reusable DRYFLOW air filter for Workhorse Diesel applications is engineered for longer service life and higher efficiency for maximum performance between servicing. Compared to a standard 9" Brute Force DRYFLOW Filter, the Workhorse DRYFLOW filter features over twice the surface area of filter media and utilizes deep pleats to improve dust holding capacity and increase intervals between cleanings.

• Our DRYFLOW filter for Workhorse intakes is MASSIVE! This filter measures 28" round and is nine inches tall with one-inch pleats to deliver 1350 CFM of flow
• The DRYFLOW Synthetic filter is independently tested at 99.4% cumulative efficiency and traps particulate as small as one micron in size (based on ISO 5011:2000 FINE Dust Air Cleaner Test Code procedures)
• Oil-Free DRYFLOW filter takes the guesswork out of servicing because you don't have to figure out how much oil to apply, and reduces servicing time by approximately 90% when compared to oiled cotton filters

AEM manufactures its Workhorse intakes from mandrel-bent, lightweight aircraft aluminum with high-strength "dogbone" brackets and dual rubber soft mounts for maximum durability, and includes a steel heat shield with a powdercoated wrinkle black finish to keep engine heat and debris away from the filter. A complete hardware kit and comprehensive photo installation instructions are included with every AEM intake system. Workhorse HD intakes are available with a silver powdercoat or mirror-polished finish.
